1.1 Subscription Terms

Your subscription period with EntrepreneursNetwork.AI shall commence as specified in your Subscription Agreement and will automatically renew on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise provided for in an annual plan. To prevent automatic renewal, notice of non-renewal must be provided in accordance with Section 1.3. You expressly acknowledge and agree that your subscription will continue until you provide notice of non-renewal, or until EntrepreneursNetwork.AI ceases providing services in accordance with these Terms.

1.2 Fees and Payment

The fees for EntrepreneursNetwork.AI services (“Fees”) are delineated in the Subscription Agreement and must be paid in advance, are irrevocable, and non-refundable except as specified herein and within the Subscription Agreement. Renewal subscription fees will reflect pricing available on our website on the renewal date. You are liable for all Fees due under any Subscription Agreement. Failure to pay Fees constitutes a breach of these Terms, and EntrepreneursNetwork.AI reserves the right to terminate or suspend access accordingly. Accurate billing and contact information must be provided and updated as necessary.

If payment is made by credit card, you affirm that you are authorized to use the credit card entered and authorize EntrepreneursNetwork.AI or our third-party payment processor to charge the card for the fees owed, any applicable taxes, and any other charges that may arise due to varying factors such as promotional offers or changes in applicable taxes. EntrepreneursNetwork.AI reserves the right to verify, obtain, and utilize updated payment information, to retry failed payments, and to amend authorized third parties for payment processing.

Alternative payment methods may be utilized at EntrepreneursNetwork.AI's discretion. In such cases, invoices will be sent in advance of the relevant billing period, and amounts invoiced will be due within ten (10) days of receipt. Late payments may incur a service charge of 1.5% per month or the maximum charge permitted by law, whichever is less.

1.3 Notice of Non-Renewal

To prevent renewal, notice must be given by texting (661) 232-0770 or emailing info@entrepreneursnetwork.ai at least ten (10) days prior to the end of your next billing date. EntrepreneursNetwork.AI reserves the right to issue refunds at our discretion.
